  • 15 minute consultation: Free

  • 60 Minute Individual Therapy Session: $200

  • 45 Minute Individual Therapy Session: $150

  • Initial Evaluation: $200

  • Sliding Scale is available on a case by base basis

    Payment is accepted at the time of session

Insurance

Lotus Therapy is currently in network with the listed insurance companies. Please be aware that coverage of benefits is not guaranteed and that each individual is financially responsible for all sessions not covered by insurance. It is encouraged that each individual reach out to their insurance company to confirm coverage, co-pays and/or co-insurances.

Late Cancellations/No Shows

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a fee at the full session rate

  • Not showing up for a scheduled session will incur a fee at the full session rate

  • Cancellation fees are waived for emergencies only

  • Late cancellations that are able to rescheduled for during the same week will not incur a session fee

  • Because life happens, in the event of an emergency, there will not be a fee. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Privacy

Confidentiality is taken very seriously; everything that is discussed in therapy is kept private and confidential and will not be released to a third party without your consent. Please see below for exceptions to confidentiality:

By law and as a mandated reporter, I am required to disclose confidential information in certain circumstances. These situations include 1) If a client presents imminent danger to self or others; 2) If there is any suspicion of child or elder abuse or neglect; 3) Legal proceedings for which a court order or subpoena is received; 4) Contact with your emergency contact in the event of a medical emergency.

Email Communication

Please be aware that email is not considered confidential. Therefore, any email communication should be reserved for administrative purposes only, such as scheduling or changing an appointment. Please do not include any clinical information in emails because of the risk it poses to your privacy.
